- The gardens, pools and lounge area was really beautiful and nicely groomed. They were taking really good care of their gardens, a lot of effort went into it and the result was just beautiful. - The cleanliness of the rooms, the housekeeping did a really good job there. - The friendliness of the staff - everybody was very nice and welcoming. - They had ducks and chickens living in the gardens which we loved! So cute! - The breakfast buffet was really good, a very wide array of things to chose from. - The in-house bakery was really good as well. - It really is a beautiful hotel/resort in general! Just one thing we would have loved to know in advance in general is that the beach in Sanur isn’t really a beach to swim. It’s too rocky and shallow. This doesn’t go into our review of course, since it has nothing to do with the hotel. Just would have been good to know in advance.

Love the different pool areas although wish there were more day beds around the adults pool area. The kids area looked great with a paddling pool and play ground. Excellent location to boardwalk, beach and beautiful sitting area directly at the front provided by the hotel. Beautiful for dinning and incredibly pretty during the night. Byrd restaurant has wonderful food and service. Love the pizza!

Beautiful grounds and love the restaurant and beachfront area. Loved the food and cocktails. The pools are beautiful and not over hot like other hotels. Our room had a lovely outlook and was always cleaned and restocked. Great location and considering we came in wet season we were well placed to walk to restaurants close by and also the Icon shopping centre.

Excellent location, fabulously friendly staff. Food in Bryd Restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was ok. My husband enjoyed it, but not a lot of variety for myself. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Place was in a perfect location, close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Sanur. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
